As we know that function of kideny mainly involve filtration of blood , formation of urine , acide-base balence (electrolyte balence) , role in maintaince of blood pressure and role in sythesis of RBCs

Some time kidney fails to do so and this lead to kidney faliure , which may be acute or chronic
